Mr. Williams is currently the President and CEO of Vendetta Mining Corp and past chairman of Underworld Resources which was aquired by Kinross Gold Corp. Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the companys communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004.

Mr. Megaw, C.P.G., has a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Arizona and more than 35 years of relevant experience focussed on silver and gold exploration in Mexico. He is a certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists and an Arizona Registered geologist. Dr. Megaw has been instrumental in a number of mineral discoveries in Mexico including new ore bodies at existing mines, Excellon Resources' Platosa Mine, and MAG Silver's Juanicipio, Batopilas and Santa Eulalia Properties. Peter is the author of numerous scientific publications on ore deposits, and is a frequent speaker at academic and international exploration conferences. He was also awarded the 2017 Thayer Lindsley Award for the 2003 discovery of the 200 million ounce Juanicipio silver deposit in the Fresnillo District, Mexico, ultimately leading to a further 600 million ounces being identified in the immediate area.

Mr. Jones is the owner and President of Minera Zalamera S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) and Paradex, Inc. (U.S.). He has 30 years of exploration and management experience, for the past 15 years working in property management/acquisition and as a specialist in skarn and porphyry systems throughout Mexico. Clients have included Teck Corp, BHP-Billiton, Penoles, Luismin, and Grupo Mexico. He is the discoverer of the Los Filos and Independencia gold deposits of the Guerrero Gold Belt and is considered the foremost expert on these gold systems and is actively working on the advancement of other such projects

Mr. Baker has over 20 years of management experience and was part of Ivanhoe Mines ("Ivanhoe") that successfully advanced the Oyu Tolgoi Copper and Gold deposit from exploration into production. Over a ten year period with Ivanhoe, he held a number of positions including Vice-President Treasurer, Manager Corporate Development and Manager Finance. As part of the management team at Ivanhoe and in co-operation with the Rio Tinto group, Mr. Baker's financial and technical experience was instrumental in advancing a $4 billion dollar debt facility with eight government and international banks, and the Government of Mongolia and separately securing over $1 billion dollars in equity financing to progress Ivanhoe projects.

Mr. Talbot is a mining lawyer with over 24 years experience representing a wide range of clients in the mining industry, from junior and mid-size explorers and producers through to major mining companies. He has extensive experience acting for public natural resource companies and providing advice on all aspects of their businesses, including corporate finance, securities and regulatory matters, corporate governance and shareholder issues, and all aspects of corporate acquisitions, takeovers, divestitures and reorganizations. He is a director and/or officer of a number of public natural resource companies, including Cardero Resource Corp., International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., Wealth Minerals Ltd., Balmoral Resources Ltd. and Remstar Resources Ltd.

Mr. Rader is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Having directly raised over $60 million for mineral exploration and development over the past 10 years, Mr. Rader has significant contacts with institutional investors and bankers. Mr. Rader is currently a director and the founder of Defiance Silver Corp., a near-term Mexican Silver Producer. He previously served as the Manager of Corporate Development for Energold Drilling Corp and IMPACT Silver Corp. Over his eight year tenure, Energold grew from three drill rigs to over eighty in its fleet and IMPACT was transformed from a grass roots silver explorer into a profitable silver miner. Mr. Rader holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Simon Fraser University.

Mr. Brissenden is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years experience in the mining and exploration sector. He has extensive experience in moving projects forward from the exploration stage through to production and has spent considerable time exploring for precious metals in Mexico. Mr. Brissenden currently serves as a director for several mining and exploration companies, including, Canuc Resources Corporation, Corona Gold Corporation, Lexam Explorations Inc., Minera Andes Inc. and Valdez Gold Inc. He formerly served as a board member for other mining companies which include Excellon Resources Inc. (1990 - 2009) where he was chairman (1991 - 2006) and president (2006 - 2008) and Hudbay Minerals Inc. (2003 - 2006).
