Darrell Rader, BBA
Position: President, CEO & Director

Mr. Rader is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Having directly raised over $100 million for mineral exploration and development over the past 17 years, Mr. Rader has significant contacts with institutional investors and bankers. Mr. Rader is currently a director and the founder of Defiance Silver Corp., a near-term Mexican Silver Producer. He previously served as the Manager of Corporate Development for Energold Drilling Corp and IMPACT Silver Corp. Over his eight year tenure, Energold grew from three drill rigs to over eighty in its fleet and IMPACT was transformed from a grass roots silver explorer into a profitable silver miner. Mr. Rader holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Simon Fraser University.

 



 
Cale J. Moodie BSF, CA
Position: CFO

Mr. Moodie previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Underworld Resources Inc. prior to its acquisition by Kinross in 2010. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer to Full Metal Minerals Ltd, Brixton Metals Corp. and Entourage Metals Ltd. Prior to Underworld Resources Inc., Mr. Moodie acted as Chief Financial Officer and was a Director for Sierra Geothermal Corp., which was subsequently acquired by Ram Power in 2010. Mr. Moodie worked in public practice accounting at KPMG LLP's Vancouver Industrial Markets Group for a number of years where he focused on audits of public mining and resource based companies. Mr. Moodie is a Chartered Accountant in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

 
Stephen R Maynard, M.S., C.P.G.
Position: VP Exploration

Mr. Maynard received an A.B. from Dartmouth College, major in Earth Sciences in 1978; and an M.S. in Geology from the University of New Mexico in 1986. His professional experience spans more than 25 years of base- and precious-metal exploration work in the United States, Turkey, South and Central America, and Mexico, and includes geological mapping and sampling, target identification, district-wide studies, supervision of drill programs, and project management. Mr. Maynard is a certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Gerald Rayner, P. Eng.

Mr. Rayner is an independent technical consultant who has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry and has practiced his profession on every continent except Antarctica. The bulk of his time has been spent in Western North America including Mexico and Central America, in Australia and the South Pacific, including Indonesia and other parts of Asia, and in various South American countries.

Mr. Rayner's primary areas of expertise lie in reconnaissance exploration and in the evaluation of mineral properties at the earlier stages of exploration and development. While with Kennecott, Mr. Rayner was in charge of exploration in Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where efforts during this period resulted in the discovery of several porphyry copper deposits including the Ok Tedi Mine.(2.9 MT copper and 7M oz gold).

 
Sunny Pannu, BBA
Position: Investor Relations Manager

Mr. Pannu is responsible for the company's marketing and investor relations strategy. With over 12 years experience and twice nominated as a top 3 finalist for "Best IR by a TSX Venture-listed company" by the Investor Relations Magazine Canada Awards and having won in 2011, Mr. Pannu brings a valued skillset in marketing to the Minaurum team. Previously served as Investor Relations for Energold Drilling Corp and IMPACT Silver Corp.
