Mr. Rader, BBA, is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Having directly raised over $100 million for mineral exploration and development, Mr. Rader has significant contacts with institutional investors and bankers. Mr. Rader is the founder of Defiance Silver Corp., an advanced Mexican silver explorer. He previously served as the Manager of Corporate Development for an international drilling company overseeing its growth from three drill rigs to over eighty in its fleet, and IMPACT Silver Corp that was transformed from a grass roots silver explorer into a profitable silver miner. Mr. Rader holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Prospecting from BCIT.
Stephen R. Maynard
Mr. Maynard, M.S., C.P.G., received an A.B. from Dartmouth College, major in Earth Sciences in 1978; and an M.S. in Geology from the University of New Mexico in 1986. His professional experience spans more than 30 years of precious-metal exploration primarily in Latin America and includes geological mapping and sampling, target identification, district-wide studies, supervision of drill programs, and project management. Mr. Maynard was instrumental in the discovery of the Cerro de San Pedro gold deposit with Metallica Resources. Mr. Maynard is a certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
Cale J. Moodie
Mr. Moodie, BSF, CA, previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Underworld Resources Inc. prior to its acquisition by Kinross in 2010. Prior to Underworld Resources Inc., Mr. Moodie acted as Chief Financial Officer and was a Director for Sierra Geothermal Corp., which was subsequently acquired by Ram Power in 2010. He is currently a Director of Brixton Metals. Mr. Moodie is a Chartered Accountant in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
Senior Consulting Geologist, Member of Technical Committee
Mr. Rayner, P. Eng, has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. The bulk of his time has been spent in North America, Central America, and the South Pacific. Mr. Rayner's primary areas of expertise lie in reconnaissance exploration and in the evaluation of mineral properties at the earlier stages of exploration and development. While with Kennecott, Mr. Rayner was in charge of exploration in Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where his efforts resulted in the discovery of several porphyry copper deposits including the OK Tedi Mine gold and copper mine.

Mr. Pannu, BBA, has over 15 years experience and is responsible for the company's investor relations and corporate development including financing and execution of marketing programs to expand the retail and institutional shareholder audience. Awarded "Best IR by TSX Venture Listed Company“ by the Investor Relations Magazine Canada Awards.
